Regeneration projects as social condensers

Regeneration projects as social condensers

Urban regeneration could be the starting point of social partecipation and economic innnovation
File under

This strategy is the account of our reading of the energies embedded in this context, our composing them in a coherent system and our research for a new path through them.

The guidelines for the requalification are based on the conception of urban places to regenerated as social condensers.

Places where cultural, sport, commercial, leisure activities coexist and interact, adapting to the needs of the different areas, to which they confer a peculiar identity and recognisability, just by exploting the already existing urban space.

These reconfigured spaces will be able to host artistic spaces where art is work: Fab Lab, start-up, places where potential investors can activate educational spaces, hands-on educational and training activities, as a sign of a progression towards a future of renovation.
