A Blueprint for Affordable Housing through New Economics

Future Estate

A Blueprint for Affordable Housing through New Economics
Using new metric data, the project radically restructures the economic system in the delivery of housing in Britain, creating a circular market that benefits all stakeholders utilising new technologies and pre-fabricated housing componentry.

Type of project
  • Systemic changes

The project has three core aims, surmised as the delivery of well designed and high quality housing in volume. To re-address the UK's current deficit at a local level and begin to allow for re-investment in services for the people, also benefitting local economies further, and finally to benefit all those who wish to be a part, directly or indirectly, in the creation of the projects utilising online financial systems for profit distribution.

With new technologies available to the housebuilding industry, in this instance, new data metrics compiling average income and land value can be combined to create a pricing system which can consistently be made fair according to wider parameters than specifically the market value of a home.

As a result of the type of investment vehicle applied to the system, the process of pre-fabrication and adaptability becomes inherent. Utilising rationalised proportional arrangements, these homes look to a long term future use of infinite arrangements.

New Metric Benchmarks for Establishing an Economy of Asset & Land

Residual Land Value (RLV) & Asset Split Equating Housing Cost Equality

Fair Distribution of Rental as Space Usage

Crowdfunding Financial Model Methodology for Per Annum Building Return

Pre-Fabricated Rationalised Housing Layout Infinite Options
