Applying immersive tools, letting professionals and Citizens collaborate and even walk thru the future design options of their cities and towns have the potential to be true game changers.

Urban design, architecture and construction projects are highly complex and involve the citizens, the professionals (AEC), and the government (politicians, city management etc.). Social media and pervasive WiFi have changed Citizen expectations for participation plus the young and old have played interactive games for more than two decades. These factors have have changed the way in which the world expects to engage forever and have opened the door for increased engagement by all constituencies via the use of immersive 3D technology’s such as those provided by URTerf (Urban (Re) Design Terf). URTerf blending 3D gaming and global collaboration tools to allow the whole process of Urban Planning and Delivery to run more smoothly. This enables critical coordination and increased inclusion for the architects and construction professionals, public servants and Citizens.
