  • New alliances

With 21st century urbanisation problems the situatiton it seams be out of control in some parts of the world. In just two generations the population of some cities growth to much in some regions compared with others. Such conditions seams to be a serious issue for development concepts centered around building environmentally healthier cities. In many urban areas the water is not adequately absorbed by soil interrupting the hydrologic cycle process. Others similar complex urban pollution issues promove significant changes in global temperature, wind patterns and precipitation levels.
Considering all significant climate changes the main plan was ripped with the environmental objective. One upside-down triangular pyramid model and one layout of modular distribution system as a concept for a extensible future city based in ambiental rehabilitation and landscape requalification principles. A minimal infrastructure that sets a new visual impact with the topography and the Sea.

#01 3D Model - Built with sustainable prefabricated technologies and resources of eco-efficient materials and low CO2 emissions.

#02 Masterplan - A modular distribution system independent from the old vehicle traffic with new public transportation systems.

#03 Aerial view - Open basement with minimum impact on natural landscape and spaces for local agriculture.

#04 Skyline - A three-dimensional urbanisme as an interface that promotes internal and external walkability.

#05 Perspective - The new city with a new model of social-cultural organization connected with old networks.
