Raúl Hott is a Chilean architect, artist, and educator living in Athens, Greece. He designs collective experiences for public spaces and natural environments. Raúl holds an MFA in New Forms from Pratt Institute and has been particularly drawn by pedagogy, teaching in different Art and Architecture Schools. He was a fellow of Capacete Residency in Athens.

Countries hit by the financial crisis have also been affected by depression and other pathologies in the affective-emotional sphere, with serious repercussions in the sexual lives of the people.

The Great Arousal is an event in which the rooftops of Athens are occupied: the erogenous zone of the urban body. New forms of desire, sensuality and joy are explored. Sensitivity and libidos will be reactivated through the union of architecture, art, therapy and political action.

An architecture to intensify life that offers the possibility of cooperating in order to re-establish our social systems together, working towards the flourishing of our own human potential.

This is the construction of a history with the capacity to unify a specific population in a single narrative with a repercussion in the collective unconscious. An architecture that modifies the habitual calendar, collaborates with nature and outer space in order to re-establish the biological order and life force.
