The main assumption of the project is receiving a human scale in a public space and we sholud remember that the humen is still the future of architecture. The steel frame is a kind of stage for social activities, it allows people to quickly change a character of area in line with the theory of Open Form. The simple slim structure has regular axes, the added stuff can be attach in seamlessly way. All actions give an opportunity for organization of popular and unconventional events which are associated with public space.
