The "Atelier Ceativo Acciarito" architecture studio of Emanuel and Alessio Acciarito, is a multidisciplinary space composed of three macro laboratories, where the work is done with the "sign" element to conceive, design, build and promote new creative and expressive ideas. The study integrates a "Smart City Green" vision with the basic concept of "Smart City" to look at the city beyond its current limit.

The city that cares for man and the environment!
The project is in line with academic research on new sustainable technologies for buildings, including vertical farms models able to "clean up" the contaminated land from greenhouses, chemical treatments, pesticides.

Pharm City contributes to the reshaping of our cities by means of innovative buildings which are designed to abate the negative impacts of housing system in terms of pollution and resource consumption, especially water, food and energy.

Green architecture, green buildings, bioclimatic. These are the three pillars of an integrated ecological design and sustainable architecture that expands the scope of action in a project that rethinks, studies and designs the intelligent city of the future. Modules, pre-fabrication and recycling are the three life stages of FarmduepuntoZERO building. They make the project environmental friendly, sustainable, smart and efficient. Vertical farms are the special feature of these buildings: cultivate and produce fresh food, exploiting the height dimension in our cities, and extend the production in smart urban centers. Moreover, the project wants to restore territories rural traditions as invaluable cultural heritage to be protected.
