The three-part complex symbolically reflects the three fundamental Expo 2020 on sustainability, mobility and opportunities. Namely: being a model of sustainable development, the complex implies financial affordability and constant social renewal, at the expense of the side sectors, which are assumed to be budget, rented housing. (14-18- plans) Such a decision will allow the complex to become the center of attraction for young people and tourists, which will help develop the infrastructure of the entire territory.
The whole level of the Ground floor is reserved for public functions. It is planned to place economic, food, cultural, historical, educational and sports centers that will enjoy high demand among locals and tourists.
Termite - the main prototype of our architectural complex. We adapted its competent natural mechanisms in buildings, which helped to achieve a comfortable internal living environment with almost ideal indicators of energy efficiency.

In the atrium of the central sector, we place a vertical garden, whose main task is to protect against dust storms, maintain a comfortable microclimate, and also organize public space inside the complex.
The projected area is the object of human interaction with the bay. Therefore, we propose the creation of a large number of local access points to water.
As well as additional solutions to improve its microclimate: cooling capillary tubes, and columns-injectors.

When working on the project environmental solution, we tried to optimize the entire space as much as possible and create a comfortable environment. The image shows the functional zoning of the territory, adapted to different social and demographic groups and involving a variety of leisure activities.
