The present state of architecture characterized by consumerist approach where buildings used as a product (a good) per se. It does not contain a communication between people who create and people who use it.
Heritage as a notion is suppose to represent memory and as a following an emotional attachment however it is more and more difficult to create this emotional bond between architecture and humans. Even architectural heritage is detaching from everyday life of society and became a sole objectified item of unconscious consumption by tourist. Therefore the idea of heritage itself is discredited itself and lost its original meaning.
The future is in conscious architectural process that merges and connects its users and its creators. All this will automatically lead to reinterpretation and reuse of built architecture, where idea of heritage will be destroyed under the pressure of its out dated meaning.
This idea based on results gained from case-study analysis of urban wooden heritage of siberian city Tomsk.
During it was revealed that actual heritage turn into either speculations over land for future development and market gain or become a tool for tourist consumption.
