Society has evolved and with it, the needs of contemporary living, eventhough apartments and buildings, especially those of affordable and social housing have remained the same.
Our project investigates and proposes a catalogue of affordable housing and buildings in order to generate a change in the community, through the everyday users.
We designed 6 types of apartments, that go from a 25 sqm studio to a 110 sqm 3 bedroom with the concept of standardization and modulariry with flexibility.
The proposal also includes 3 types of buildings (urban villa, section building and tower) that can adapt to various contexts like city center and outskirts or can be combined in order to serve as catalysts of urban change of the cities of future architecture.
