Can photography change the future of architecture thanks to the power of narration? Do we have a place to discuss and debate our feelings about the power of architectural photography today? Do we have a university or an institution with a special focus on architectural photography? Today, despite we live in the era of images - we produce more than one trillion of images per year (1 000 000 000 000 000 000) and despite our extensive research, we have not found - in Europe - a place entirely focused on this topic. Our project and all the articles, videos, audios, collections (and so on) proposed by ‘FA- Fotografia dell’Architettura’’s team try to dissect as much as possible the theme of architectural photography and to fill the lack of discussion and debate that we feel in Italy and in Europe. Unity is strength: this is the reason why we deeply believe in the potentiality of a comparison, development and growth ecosystem focused solely and exclusively on architectural photography.
