INSIDE OUT

help yourself - help others project for creatives
Workshops for creatives that rethink the inside out of the art routine.

Type of project
  • New alliances

In any professional creative process, things that are not directly related to creativity play a significant role: contracts, finance, marketing. They take time, create a field of tension and uncertainty between creative professionals, institutions, and the community. When ignored or mistreated, they lead to monetary problems, burnouts, even disputes.

INSIDE OUT is a project that shows the inside of the routine, reveals the easy way to overcome bureaucratic processes, teaches to interact with them, or create an alternative. It is structured as a set of workshops where creatives, guided by interdisciplinary professionals, learn how to negotiate and contract, structure personal finance, monitor one's physical and mental well-being, manage projects, grant applications, and social interaction. As the outcome creatives offer their alternatives to bureaucracy, learn how to engage critically with legal and economic developments by demystifying the praxis of bureaucratic institutions.
