Childhood is a very unique period of lifetime in which our relationship with the environment is determined. The urban space includes many hidden potentials for children. On the other, inequalities, spatial injustice keep children apart from the city and from each other. Child-friendly City Maps project offers a spatial dialogue tool for children to participate in the city. After choosing a specific side, there are three main steps to produce each map:

*Participatory workshops with children: We organize walking, mapping and modeling workshops with local children to understand their usage and perception of the district/neighborhood.
*Designing the publication: We design a published map for children that highlights districts potentials and children's usage including sensory games, city lexicon and stickers.
*Walks with the publication: We walk again with the guidance of the published map. It enables different childhoods to discover others’ perception of the same district.

City exploring workshop with the children in the neighborhood’s community center.
