Business coaching for and by artists and designers: we offer 1:1 or small collective sessions.

Type of project
  • New alliances

Feral Livelihood Coaching is a radically different take on the art of business coaching, more often rooted in troubled assumptions of individual advancement and economic growth. As artists and designers ourselves, responding to the feminist directive to 'start where you are', we have taken up coaching in our own communities as a medium for collective care, paradigm-shifting and trans-disciplinary encounter.

For Future Architecture, our interest is to use this practice to engage with the contexts of making and producing architectural work, bringing thorny questions of business and livelihood into play. We respond to an urgency to extend critical and creative thinking into the blind spots and neglected peripheries of our own economic lives, in ways that can also expand opportunities for action, reflection, care and collective well-being for design professionals and practices.
