The architectural concept of the building is based on the stylization of the shape of the very famous and ancient symbol of Triskel. Correctly represented symbol of Triskel is positive in itself, it rarely serves as an amulet and influences favorably on its master. Directs in the right direction and protects from trouble. In the same way, the shape of the building should serve its inhabitants and users, which is very desirable and useful for young people at the beginning of their life.
Technically, the building is divided into three segments, let's call them conditionally North, East and West. For the minimum number of students (2 × 9 x 30), there are enough study areas for the first floor. In the underground part, there is a long-term parking for working and living people. All that is necessary for study and work is located in the same building, divided into zones according to the specification and type of use.
