New Display of Architecture

New Display of Architecture

Embodiment of an architectural feature inside an exhibition space
Defining New Roles of Architecture Deprived of Construction Sites, And Experiencing The Unbuilt
File under

As brave professionals in 2015, we are discouraged by a strange feeling that everything has already been built. Is architecture real only once built, and if so, could that be the point at which it starts to decay? What is the true face of architecture in models of representation? Documenting architecture in a reductive manner via posters and boards is still the most common form. How can an architectural feature be embodied within exhibition space in order to communicate with its consumer in a different way? How do we transfer the idea of unbuilt architecture, or of architecture we can never touch, walk through or live in? The era of the interface has given us so many options, and yet there is so much that still cannot transcend from one position to another and go beyond what can be simply documented by imagery. Could we explore all the means of its appearance, and senses that get tingled by finding new ways of experiencing architecture, by sensual understanding?

/state of decay, in which architecture shows its most genuine character/

/accidental representation and mixing one in another/

/challenging realities/
