- New alliances
Nowadays, the architectural community faces new challenges of functionality in the projects to be developed. It is necessary to solve more than one project within a large project, in other words, to do more than one activity without having to propose a dispersed composition.
Designing projects of such magnitude, mixed and multifunctional means a change in the way architecture is made and lived.
This breaks the paradigms of a rigid and monotonous architecture, instead the idea of a polyvalent architecture takes place where more than one activity can be carried out without interruption.
Faced with the growing lack of space solutions for macro companies, OPERATIONAL CENTER "ESTAFETA" represents a future opportunity for architecture. The opportunity to do more with less.
