How might we envision the future of the sustainable fish industry through the lens of architecture?
Current the transaction between fisherman and customers are influenced by middlemen, which make the whole supply chain not transparent and the fish freshness is gradually becoming a serious issue.
FISHARE, trying to render the problem from the perspective of optimizing local logistics and supply chain to help fishermen connect with the bigger markets and establish a digital platform to help with the sustainable fish industry. The goal is to build a transparent fish supply chain from sea to table and provide customers with better seafood choices.

Current the transaction between fisherman and customers are influenced by middlemen, which make the whole supply chain not transparent and the fish freshness is gradually becoming a serious issue.

We took Ang Sila, located on the east coast of Thailand Gulf, as a case study. Confronting the fact of increasing population and tourism, the fishery in Ang Sila needs to be transferred to another higher level.

To maintain a sustainable fish industry, we created a digital fish dashboard for local fishermen to check the best fishery session for sustainability.

Also, we connect customers with fishermen directly through FISHARE mobile app for eliminating the potential risks caused by middlemen.

We envision a sustainable and transparent fish supply chain.
