My concept in this is not only by quality but by purpose and design too.i researches in B90 STEEL to be used so,it will not fall even a plane crashes on it.My idea the whole structure is a symbol of Europes unity . the building can be a tourism center, cultural center in which all living traditions from the early ages like the arts will be installed here as one. And this structure can be made in the whole EU.
