The location will be situated in Tejo, Lisbon's river, a metaphor for being literally outside looking in, analysing and appreciating our city as a built heritage, and underline once more the importance of the respectful relation with nature, in its planning and industrial use of natural resources.
The material used for the project is one of the most iconic architectural used elements in Portugual.
