Far from the city in the middle of wilderness, SINEMA C is an adobe openair cinema in the Hacırahmanlı village of Manisa where Yusuf Atılgan — a famous Turkish writer — wrote his works such as the The Loiterer, Motherland Hotel and Canistan, where he spent most of his life in a voluntary exile and takes its name C directly from Atılgan's main character of the novel The Loiterer.

SINEMA C is an escape stop that cracks the everyday life in the province and is a meeting and living device for the community. Life in the countryside re-establishes another curtain between the adobe walls and wooden chairs to lift its veiled curtain. As the life in the outback, removing its own veiled curtain, SINEMA C puts down another dream curtain between the adobe walls and wooden chairs.
