Our project refers to the design and construction of a landmarks’ net connecting neighborhoods socially.

Our idea is an innovative proposal to create an inspirational urbanscape, in the Municipality of Neapoli – Sykies (Greece). Our pilot model strengthens and empowers the vitality of city's cultural environment, both in terms of diversity and quality of activities (spontaneous or organized) and people involved in the production of art and knowledge. It inspires and connects local cultural activities, events, institutions and artistic networks while, at the same time, provokes an open multicultural dialogue. Our project focuses on Placemaking innovations, including street art. In a significant way, our project implies transformation of social values, spatial perceptions and emotional connection to the innovative creations by introducing functional changes, through spatial rearrangement.


Paperclips are a semi-permanent sculptural structure placed at the entrance of CULTURAL NEIGHBORHOOD and function as a gate. They are made of colored galvanized steel tube, in concrete base and depict communication, play and design dynamics.

Pins are a semi-permanent sculptural structure placed at the near TOWN HALL SQUARE and function as a seating element. They are made of 3D printed recycled plastic and reveals the hidden spatial dynamic.

The beer cap is a semi-permanent sculptural structure placed at VARNAS SQUARE and functions as a seating element-toy. It is made of 3D printed recycled plastic and has a multidimensional character.

The pen cap is a semi-permanent sculptural structure placed at SOULINI PARK and functions as a seating element-toy. It is made of 3D printed recycled plastic and has a multidimensional character.

The orange seat is a semi-permanent sculptural structure placed at SAINT THEOPDORI PARK and functions as a seating element-toy. It is made of colored galvanized steel tubes and has a multidimensional character.
