PROBLEM
Today traffic takes place on motorways and the extensive network of local roads. Traffic is slow, landscape is broken down by a network of roads that represent a disruption and danger to people and animals, noise and smog are destroying the environment
IDEA is that the elements could be composed in other order:
1. ROAD LEVEL ON THE TOP:
Raising the road on the roof, separating the traffic from the landscape and natural environment and allowing a very direct and fast traffic connections.
2. PARKING LEVEL:
Below the road is a parking floor for vehicles, therefore local roads are no longer needed
3. ACCOMODATION LEVEL:
Modular mobile accommodation units are arranged under the parking storey. Access to units and to the ground level is enabled through the stairs and the lift inside the support pillar of the road
4. NATURAL PARTER LEVEL:
Ground-floor level remains an unspoilt natural environment intended for living in harmony with nature without roads and vehicles
