The blanket concept
The blanket does not create warmth, it just culminates it. It cares about warmth so it does not escape and it tries to use it properly. This blanket does the same thing with the art. It does not try to create the art, it just tries to culminate, support and exhibit it properly. The main target of the blanket is to bring the art closer to the life of an ordinary inhabitant and to support the local art. The blanket does not have to be an architecture, financial support, political or even ideological vision. The blanket does not have to represent any of these visions, but it can represent all of them.
The blanket does not focus on the individual blocks in the town center. Residential blocks cannot build the blanket, it is not for sale. You can just became the blanket.
