As a phenomenon Architecture with all its subdisciplines is considered to be a matter of Culture – an artifact of human action.
In recent decades the focus of design is shifted from object oriented activity to design of the activity itself, displacing Architecture from its teleological position to a mediating position in the overall world rheology. Considerations that Architecture extends beyond traditional boundaries of making buildings to a domain of operations on a larger scale are not new, and steadily gain more attention.
Research uses Drawing as a basis for analysis.
It will focus on the action-oriented qualities this architectural tool possesses. It will seek examples which explicate Architecture as a part of processes designed by human hand, and which find Nature and its dynamics as its constituting element.
Final goal is to reveal the link between Nature and Culture, both realms Architecture spans.
