Buildings operate politically as a living and thinking object that acts, happens and influences the urban environment on a post-human scale. We are interested here in the political frequency of Copan for achieving a commendable urban homeostasis. Its unique form, in which different classes are brought together, is political since the curve allows the visuals, in varying frequency, for the city and for itself, a fact that generates a multitude of readings. The landscape is not dominated, on the contrary, it marks the landscape and itself in a movement of reciprocity that interweaves and negotiates with the city. It is the building that politically determines, at a variable frequency, the human being and acts in an urban and hybrid ecology, playing a leading role in this political park (Peter Sloterdijk, 1999) alive and in a process of self-maintenance, within the art of urban politics, that is, "with the voluntary and genuinely offered care of masses built in the city.
