Miguel Braceli - Biblioteca Abierta Free library
This project aims to create libraries without buildings, just through the performative action of build.
Miguel Braceli is an architect focused on participatory projects in public space, regarding political and social matters of the contexts involved. Most of these projects have been large scale works. He has exhibited in galleries and biennials in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. Braceli is a Professor at the FAU UCV and a current Fulbright Scholar at Maryland Institute College of Arts in the United States.
The two-day event at the Museum of Architecture and Design (MAO) in Ljubljana represents the central gathering of the Future Architecture platform. The conference with 25 selected Future Architecture 2020 Call for Ideas applicants and invited guests is one of the most insightful annual gatherings around European architecture and showcases ideas and trends for the future development of the profession.
