Urban Talk 3 / Children’s Spaces
BINA Belgrade International Architecture Week is organising Urban Talks as part of the 2020 European Architecture Programme.
Panel participants discussed the topic of children's space design. Why the participatory process is important for their work as designers, architects and educators in a line of creating a sustainable, successful, "healthy" city – a city tailored to /designed for children.
By taking care of children's needs, do we solve problems of all citizens and other challenges in planning a modern city? Participants explained their immediate experience underlying the importance of children's participation and involvement in the design process as a kind of pre-design phase.
